This website does not offer any subscription services and will not incur:
Automatic renewal; Monthly membership fees; Annual membership fees; Recurring deductions; Unauthorized duplicate charges.
We will not initiate any subsequent deductions from your payment account except for the customer’s proactive purchase of new design services.

IV. Client Responsibilities

If the project is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide materials in a timely manner, we will adjust the delivery time according to the actual situation.
V. Project Delivery
Upon completion of the project, we will deliver the design deliverables or website files as agreed by both parties.
The client should promptly conduct acceptance testing. If reasonable modifications are not requested within the agreed timeframe, the project will be considered as completed and delivered.
VI. Intellectual Property
After the client completes full payment, the right to use the final delivered deliverables will be exercised in accordance with the agreement between both parties. FusionPixel LLC reserves the right to showcase projects as case studies on its official website, portfolio, or marketing materials, but will not disclose information that clients have explicitly requested to remain confidential.
VII. Limitation of Liability
FusionPixel LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide professional web design services, but does not guarantee that the website will be free from technical problems on all devices, browsers, or third-party environments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any service incurred will be limited to the actual amount paid by the client.
VIII. Terms and Conditions Modification
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time in accordance with laws, regulations, or business needs. The updated terms and conditions will be published on this website and will take effect from the date of publication.
