- One-Time Purchase

Upon payment of the order amount, the client is billed only once for the design services specified in that order. We will not automatically convert the service into a monthly, annual, or other recurring subscription without the client’s explicit consent.
The one-time purchase fee does not include future additional designs, website maintenance, hosting, technical support, or other services on a permanent basis. Clients may need to purchase additional services separately if required.
- Billing and Payment
Clients must pay the applicable fees displayed on the checkout page when submitting an order. Order prices may vary based on the selected web design package, service content, and other project requirements.
We accept the payment methods displayed on the website’s checkout page. Once payment is successful, we will begin processing the relevant services based on the order information.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our refund policy, custom design services that have been completed or have already commenced may not be eligible for a refund.
- Order Confirmation
After a client submits an order and completes payment, we may send an order confirmation. Order confirmation does not obligate FusionPixel LLC to accept orders that contain obvious errors, pose a risk of fraud, involve technical issues, or are otherwise impossible to fulfill.
If we are unable to provide the purchased services, we may contact the client to offer a reasonable solution, which may include canceling the order and issuing a refund where applicable.
- Information Provided by the Client
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, including website content, branding materials, images, text, logos, and other materials required for the project.
FusionPixel LLC assumes no liability for project delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials in a timely manner. The Client shall ensure that they possess the legal right to use the text, images, trademarks, logos, and other content provided to FusionPixel LLC and that such use does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Design Revisions
The number and scope of design revisions are determined by the specific service package purchased by the Client. Revisions requested by the Client must fall within the agreed scope of service.
If the Client requests the addition of a significant number of pages, features, design elements, or other services not included in the original order, FusionPixel LLC may treat these as additional services and will inform the Client of the associated costs before commencing work.
- Project Delivery
FusionPixel LLC will complete the design work in accordance with the order specifications and the information provided by the Client. Project delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, the speed of Client feedback, the number of revisions, and the completeness of the materials provided.
The Client shall review the delivered materials promptly and provide any revision requests or feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties, FusionPixel LLC retains ownership of intellectual property rights regarding general design methods, templates, technical solutions, code structures, and other reusable assets utilized during the project development process.
Upon full payment of the relevant fees, the Client may use the final delivered design assets in accordance with the terms of the order. Without FusionPixel LLC’s written permission, the Client may not sell, sublicense, or use our internal templates, source files, design systems, or unauthorized content for other commercial projects.
- Third-Party Services
Certain website projects may require the use of third-party platforms, hosting services, domain registrars, payment processors, plugins, or other third-party tools. Unless the costs for these are explicitly included in the order, the Client may be responsible for covering the fees associated with such third-party services.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies; FusionPixel LLC makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of such third-party services.
- Prohibited Use
The Client shall not use the design services provided by us to create, promote, or operate websites that violate applicable laws and regulations, infringe upon the rights of others, or contain fraudulent material, malware, or illegal content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if we discover clear instances of illegal activity or misuse.
- Limitation of Liability
FusionPixel LLC will provide web design services in accordance with reasonable professional standards but does not guarantee that the website will achieve specific commercial revenue, sales figures, search engine rankings, or other business outcomes. We shall not be held liable—beyond the extent permitted by applicable law—for issues arising from third-party platforms, server failures, network interruptions, customer actions, third-party plugins, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
- Modification of Terms
