Thank you for choosing FusionPixel LLC. Our services are digital web design services and do not involve the transportation of any physical goods; therefore, there will be no logistics or courier delivery.
I. Service Delivery Method
All web design and related digital services are delivered electronically, including but not limited to:
Emailing design files;
Online file sharing links;
Website deployment on a client-specified server or domain;
Other digital delivery methods agreed upon by both parties.
II. Project Start Time
Upon receiving payment from the client and confirming all project materials, we will typically schedule project start as soon as possible. The specific start time will be determined based on the project size, complexity, and current work schedule.
III. Delivery Time
The project completion time will be based on the service content and the development plan confirmed by both parties. The estimated delivery time is for reference only. If the project schedule changes due to adjustments in project requirements, client feedback, delays in material submission, or other force majeure factors, we will communicate with the client promptly.
IV. Client Material Submission
To ensure the smooth progress of the project, the client should provide the necessary project materials in a timely manner, including but not limited to text content, image materials, brand logo, functional requirements, and other relevant documents. Project delays caused by the client’s failure to provide materials on time will not be considered a breach of contract on our part.
V. Project Acceptance
Upon project completion, we will submit design deliverables or website files for client acceptance as agreed upon by both parties. The client should complete the review and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe; failure to provide feedback within the stipulated time will be considered as project acceptance.
VI. Post-Delivery Support
If the order includes after-sales maintenance or technical support services, we will provide corresponding support within the agreed timeframe. Requests exceeding the service scope or timeframe may incur additional costs, subject to negotiation between both parties.
