I. Service Nature
The web design and related services provided by FusionPixel LLC are customized digital services. Each project is designed and developed according to the client’s specific needs, and therefore differs from resaleable physical goods.
II. Refund Request
Clients may cancel their orders before the project officially begins. If the order has not yet entered the design, development, or production stage, we will process the refund according to the original payment method after confirmation.
Once the project begins execution, including but not limited to requirements analysis, page design, interface creation, code development, and content creation, full refunds are generally not supported.
III. Partial Refund
If the project has started but is not yet completed, we may, with mutual agreement, provide a partial refund based on the actual progress of the project and the incurred costs.
IV. Project Modifications
During the project development process, we will provide reasonable modifications within the scope of the service content confirmed by both parties. If the client requests new requirements or makes significant modifications beyond the original project scope, a separate quote may be required.
V. Project Termination
If the client fails to provide the required project materials for an extended period, fails to respond to communication messages for more than 30 consecutive days, or voluntarily terminates the project, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services. Completed work and service fees are generally non-refundable.
VI. Refund Method
For orders that meet the refund criteria after review, we will refund the corresponding amount to the client’s original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation. The specific arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the bank or payment institution.
VII. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not applicable in the following situations:
The project has been completed and delivered;
The client has confirmed the design plan or accepted the project;
The project is delayed or cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the client;
The client changes their requirements, cancels the cooperation, or no longer uses the service for personal reasons;
Other situations beyond the scope agreed upon by both parties.
